Welcome to CRAFASY ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CRAFASY, including all features, content, and services. By creating an account or using CRAFASY, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

2. Eligibility

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use CRAFASY
• Users between 13-18 years old must have parental or guardian consent
• By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements

Account Accuracy

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• False information may result in account suspension or termination

3. Account Responsibilities

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• You are liable for all activities conducted through your account

One Account Per Person

• Each user may only create and maintain one account
• Multiple accounts created to gain unfair advantages will be banned
• Transferring accounts to other users is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat or Exploit: Use bots, scripts, hacks, or any automated tools
• Manipulate: Collude with other users to fix league results
• Abuse: Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Spam: Send unsolicited messages or advertisements
• Impersonate: Pretend to be another user, staff member, or entity
• Violate Laws: Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or hack the platform
• Scrape Data: Extract data using automated means without permission
• Overload Systems: Take actions that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Prohibited Actions

• NO COPYING: You may not copy, reproduce, or replicate any part of CRAFASY's concept, design, or functionality
• NO DERIVATIVE WORKS: You may not create platforms, applications, or services based on CRAFASY's ideas or systems
• NO DISTRIBUTION: You may not distribute, publish, or share CRAFASY's proprietary elements
• NO COMMERCIAL USE: You may not use CRAFASY's intellectual property for commercial purposes without written permission

User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (team names, league names, etc.)
• By using CRAFASY, you grant us a license to display and use your content within the platform
• You represent that you have rights to any content you upload

6. Virtual Items & Rewards

Crafasy Points

• Crafasy Points are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
• Points are earned through league performance and cannot be purchased with money
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between users
• We reserve the right to adjust point balances to correct errors or prevent fraud

Digital Cards (Coming Soon)

• Digital Cards are virtual items purchased with Crafasy Points
• Cards have no real-world value and cannot be sold or transferred outside the platform
• We may modify, add, or remove card types at our discretion

7. Platform Availability

Service Level

• We strive to maintain 99% uptime but make no guarantees
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for damages caused by platform downtime

Changes to Service

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
• We may limit access to certain features or users
• Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice

8. Leagues & Competitions

League Rules

• All leagues must comply with our Game Rules
• Private league administrators may set additional custom rules
• League administrators are responsible for managing their leagues fairly
• We reserve the right to remove leagues that violate our Terms

Points & Scoring

• Points are calculated based on official match statistics
• We use reputable third-party data providers for match data
• Points may be adjusted if official statistics are corrected (up to 72 hours)
• Our decision on disputed points is final

9. Termination

Your Rights

• You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm other users or the platform
• Create multiple accounts
• Remain inactive for over 3 years (with prior notice)

Effect of Termination

• You will lose access to your account and all virtual items
• Your league memberships will be cancelled
• Crafasy Points and Digital Cards will be forfeited
• Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics

10. Disclaimers

No Warranties

CRAFASY is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Fantasy Game

• CRAFASY is a game of skill, not gambling
• There is no monetary entry fee or cash prizes
• Crafasy Points have no real-world value
• CRAFASY is for entertainment purposes only

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRAFASY and its owners, operators, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Damages resulting from platform downtime or errors
• Actions of other users
• Incorrect statistics or scoring errors

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of CRAFASY shall not exceed $100 USD or the equivalent in your local currency.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRAFASY, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use of the platform
• Content you submit to the platform

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CRAFASY shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].

14. Changes to Terms

Continued use of CRAFASY after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and delete your account.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Game Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and CRAFASY regarding your use of the platform.
